Management fees are only due when the property is occupied and is only collected when rent is paid. Management fee is waived for the first month of a lease when a full Tenant Placement Fee is collected.

Tenant Placement Fee

1st Month's Rent

No Placement fee is due until a lease is executed and rent is collected. If a new tenant placement is required within 18 months of the previous tenant placement when a full placement fee has been collected, the fee will be 50% of the

1st months rent.

Lease Renewal Fee
